Non-cancellations or No-shows will be charged the full service price. In consideration to our other clients, please give 24 hours notice for cancellations. If you cancel or change your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will lose your deposit.
In the event that you are not satisfied with your service, we ask you to please contact us within 7 days of your original appointment to receive a complimentary re-do service (instances may vary). We would like every opportunity to meet and exceed your expectations, as we do value you as a guest.
All prices are subject to change without notice. A retainer fee is required to secure certain appointments.
We accept cash, VISA, MasterCard, America Express and Debit Cards. Personal checks are not accepted.
Except for replacing damaged products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or credits on salon services, gift certificates, package series or retail products. All sales are final.
RETURN/ EXCHANGE WIG POLICY
Due to sanitation and heath regulations, all wigs and hairpieces are FINAL SALE.. No returns or refunds are allowed.
Please make careful and informed selections when purchasing. We offer complimentary consultations.
If you believe you have defective merchandise, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that we will NOT allow any exchange of an item, but will make any corrections to achieve satisfaction within 14 days of purchase. We are not responsible for delivery/shipping fees associated with purchases.
