Only debit and all major credit cards are accepted.


Production Time

A minimum of 14 business days is necessary to make your customized unit. The production time may vary depending on the wigs and hairpieces and does not include the time required for shipping and handling.




  • All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Shipping, tracking information will be provided to you via email as soon as your order is shipped.

  • Shipping Delays: It is highly recommended not to wait too late to place your order. If you have deadline, event or other engagements, place your order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. WhitneyGreeneCo. is not responsible for late shipments due to increment weather, holidays, natural disasters or carrier delays.

  • Failed Deliveries / Refused Shipments / Incorrect Shipping Address: Incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses are the major cause of shipment delays. Please double check your shipping address before placing an order, make sure all necessary information is provided to ensure delivery of your item. If an address correction needs to be made after your shipment has been sent out, you will be charged carrier fees plus postage. If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABONDONED SHIPMENTS.

  • Lost Shipment: If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please contact USPS immediately, as WhitneyGreeneCo. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • If it is determined that your package has been lost, only a replacement product will be sent out.

  • Incorrect Product: If an incorrect product was sent to you, we will send you a return label for the merchandise you received. Once WhitneyGreeneCo. has received the incorrect product back, we will send an immediate replacement. Any human hair that has been installed or altered will not be accepted.


Return Policy:


  • Due to health regulations and sanitation, all wigs and hairpieces are FINAL SALE. No returns, refunds or exchanges are allowed. ONLY ALTERATIONS 14 days post package arrival will be approved to unworn and unmodified wigs and hairpieces. There are no color and texture alterations, only length, volume and size alterations (decreasing size) will be accepted for wigs. Adding additional length is an extra cost and any size increases to a wig will require an entirely new wig.

  • Exchanges will not be made for dissatisfaction with texture, color, issues with natural tapering, split ends or concerns that are typical of a natural human hair product.

  • No alterations will be approved to wigs and hairpieces permed, colored, rinsed, lifted, tapered weft, used or manipulated in anyway. If the product you have received is deemed not defective, then that same product will be returned to you.

  • WhitneyGreeneCo is not responsible for loss of labor cost associated with installation, removal or styling or your wigs and hairpieces.


Client Services and Satisfaction:


  • If you believe you have a defective product, please contact WhitneyGreeneCo. immediately customerservice@whitneygreenny.com. Additional cost may be incurred if the adjustment requires significant time or material or is outside the scope of the initial project. This determination will be made by Whitney Green. No changes or adjustments will be made to ready-to-wear items.

  • Product photography are product inspirations and not the identical representations of wigs and hairpieces. Please make careful and informed selections when purchasing.
