No-shows will be charged the full-service price. Considering other clients, please give 24 hours notice for cancellations. If you cancel or change your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, you will lose your deposit. A credit card is required to secure certain hair appointments.
Non-cancellations or "NO-SHOWS" will be charged 100% of the original service booked. If you miss three consecutive appointments without contacting the salon, you will be unable to schedule future appointments.
Suppose you are not satisfied with your service. In that case, do not hesitate to reach out within seven days of your original appointment to receive a complimentary redo service (instances may vary). As a valued guest, Whitney Green NY wants every opportunity to meet and exceed your expectations.
Acceptable forms of payment are cash, VISA, MasterCard, America Express, Debit Cards, bank transfers, and Paypal. Personal checks are not accepted.
Refunds, exchanges, or credits on salon services, gift certificates, package series, or retail products are not offered except for replacing damaged products. All sales are final.
