NO-SHOWS

Non-cancellations or "NO-SHOWS" will be charged 100% of the original service booked to be paid at your next scheduled visit. If you miss three consecutive appointments without contacting the salon, you will be unable to schedule future appointments.

 

SERVICE SATISFACTION

Suppose you are not satisfied with your service. In that case, we ask you not to hesitate to contact us within seven days of your original appointment to receive a complimentary redo service (instances may vary). We want every opportunity to meet and exceed your expectations, as we value you as a guest.

 

PAYMENT

We accept cash, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Debit Cards. Personal checks are not accepted.

​REFUND POLICY

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits on salon services, gift certificates, package series, or retail products except for replacing damaged products. All sales are final.
