BOOKING RULES
SCHEDULING
Please note that prices vary. You will receive an email/ text message once the appointment is booked and one day before your service.
CANCELLATIONS
Considering other clients, please give 48 hours' notice for cancellations. You will lose your deposit if you cancel or change your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full-service price.

LATE ARRIVALS
If you are more than 20 minutes late for your appointment, it may be canceled, and a late fee of $75 will be applied to the final bill. After 30 mins, your appointment is subject to be canceled.
NO-SHOWS
Non-cancellations or "NO-SHOWS" will be charged 100% of the original service booked. If you miss three consecutive appointments without contacting the salon, you cannot schedule future appointments.
PAYMENT
Acceptable forms of payment are cash, VISA, MasterCard, America Express, Debit Cards, bank transfers, and PayPal. Personal checks are not accepted.
HEALTH & SAFETY
As of April 1, 2022, masks or protective coverings are optional during your service.
Please inform the salon if you were diagnosed with COVID-19 within two weeks of your appointment.
If you are under the weather, please get in touch with the salon immediately.
If you have an allergy, please inform the salon when booking.
SERVICE SATISFACTION
Suppose you are not satisfied with your service. In that case, do not hesitate to contact within seven days of your original appointment to receive a complimentary redo service (instances may vary). I want every opportunity to meet and exceed your expectations, as I value you as a guest.
​REFUND POLICY
There are no refunds, exchanges, or credits on salon services, gift certificates, package series, or retail products except for replacing damaged products. All services/ sales are final.
